Trip overview
Jomsom is a lovely town on the banks of the Kali Gandaki River, with the towering Dhaulagiri and Nilgiri hills in the distance. This Jomsom–Muktinath Trek offers breathtaking views of the spectacular mountain panoramas, one-of-a-kind temples, and monasteries that dot the winding valleys. We also go along the Kali Gandaki gorge’s pathways. It is the world’s deepest gorge. Then we go to Muktinath Temple. The hike is remarkable because of the unique Nepalese terrain and rich cultural heritage.
Fossilized ammonites, known locally as Shaligram, may be found in the higher reaches of the Kali Gandaki. It stays off the road and follows a wonderful track. Furthermore, the journey will take you from red rhododendron forests to jagged cliffs and the Mustang desert. From here you can clearly see Mt Dhaulagiri (8167m), Mt Tilicho (7134m), Mt Thorongla (5415m), and Mt Nilgiri.

Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in KathmanduAs soon as you exit Kathmandu airport, our representative will be waiting for you in the waiting area just outside the arrival lounge. The representative will greet you warmly and lead you to the vehicle. Our vehicle will transport you to the trip hotel, where you will have plenty of time to rest.
On the second day of the trip, you will visit the cultural heritage sites of Nepal and other famous places.
We start our journey from Kathmandu to Pokhara. It will take around 6-7 hours to travel. While traveling, you can enjoy the best scenic views of the Trisuli river and emerald hills on the way.
Drive to Pokhara airport early in the morning for a trip to Jomsom (2728 m, 30 minutes flying), then have breakfast before trekking to Kagbeni (2980 m, 34 hours walking) and spending the night at a lodge.
Kagbeni to Muktinath through Jharkot Village (3940 m, 4/5 hours walking), the rest of the day exploring Muktinath temples where many Hindu devotees come to visit, and then overnight at Lodge.
We trek to Thini from Muktinath, which takes about 5-6 hours. The way it stunned you with beautiful wildlife and bio-diverse geography.
The trek from Thini to Kalopani started to offer you the best lodging facilities with organic food and traditional cuisine.
The trek from Kalopani to Ghasa takes 5-6 hours. This route offers the best combination of endearing Nepalese and Tibetan culture.
Ghasa to Tatopani (1180m, 4/5 hours walking) via the world's deepest valley Dana between the Annapurna Himalayan ranges and the Dhaulagiri range, then spend the rest of the day exploring natural hot springs and sleeping at a lodge.
Tatopani to Ghorepani (7 hours walking) via various Magar settlements and views of the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himalayan ranges, followed by an overnight stay at a lodge.
Awake early in the morning to hike Poon Hill (3210m, 1 hour) for the best sunrise and panoramic view, then return to Ghorepani for breakfast before trekking to Tadapani (2660m, 5 hours walking) and spending the night at the lodge.
Tadapani to Ghandruk village (2030m, 3 / 4 hours walking) Spend the rest of the day exploring the largest Gurung village. Ghandruk village to Pokhara (850m, 4 hours walking and 2 hours driving) through Nayapul, followed by an overnight stay at a lodge.
Return to Kathmandu by tourist bus at 7:30 AM (200 km, 6/7 hours drive) and spend the night in a Kathmandu hotel.
Alternative route: There are numerous daily flights from Pokhara to Kathmandu. You could take an airplane to go there. It takes about 30 minutes. It is the more convenient mode of transportation to Kathmandu.
Final departure to an international airport for your flight home.

- All foreign travelers must share their personal (visas and passport) details while booking and arriving
- Expect all trekkers not to bring any non-biodegradable product
- Intoxicating drugs and alcohol consumption are completely restricted during trekking
- Advice to keep a buffer day to handle the uncertain event
- Recommended to keep cash because in the upper Annapurna region you will not find ATM facilities to withdraw your cash
- All the visitors are mandatory to keep their passport or visa with the traveling agencies
- Chances of dehydration at higher attitude so, make sure to consume water in a regular manner and bring extra bottles with you
- Layering clothes is the best way to control your body temperature at a higher altitude while hiking so zippers wears are the best option
- The mobiles and camera batteries have high chances of getting dead or losing charges quickly therefore the portable charger is a must for your electronic
